Our client is seeking a senior technology leader to step into a highly visible, enterprise-critical role as Vice President of IT Infrastructure and Systems, a position that sits at the center of the organization’s technology evolution. - Location: Onsite 5 days in Las Vegas, NV
- Compensation: This job is expected to pay a base of about $200-210k annually plus bonus & benefits

What You’ll Do:
- Act as a senior enterprise technology leader, translating business strategy into execution across infrastructure, systems, and networking.
- Lead and develop two core organizations covering systems engineering, cloud, storage, identity, networking, and data center operations.
- Establish operational rigor through processes, KPIs, and best practices that drive uptime, stability, and predictable delivery.
- Own the full lifecycle of infrastructure services including design, build, run, and continuous improvement.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships and position IT as a trusted, business-aligned partner across the enterprise.
What Gets You the Job:
- Senior technology leadership experience with deep roots in infrastructure, systems, and networking operations.
- Proven success building operational maturity, processes, and metrics within complex or fast-growth environments.
- Background in hospitality, gaming, or managing large single-site or campus-style environments is strongly preferred.
- Hands-on familiarity with modern Microsoft-centric environments including Azure, Entra, Intune, VMware, enterprise storage, and large-scale networking.
- Leadership presence that earns trust quickly, balances strategy with execution, and inspires high-performing teams.
