Full Stack Developer
This role is ideal for an engineer with a solid foundation in both front-end and back-end development who wants to grow their skills while working alongside experienced developers on real production systems.
- Location: Newport Beach, CA (Onsite)
- Compensation: This job is expected to pay about 110k-120k
- No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role
What You’ll Do:
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications (front-end, back-end, and databases) under guidance from senior engineers.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into working features.
- Implement application features following established patterns, standards, and best practices.
- Write clean, readable, and maintainable code with an emphasis on reliability and performance.
- Assist with integrating third-party APIs and internal services.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues across the application stack.
- Participate in code reviews as a contributor and apply feedback to improve code quality.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
- Continuously learn new technologies and tools used within the team.
What Gets You the Job:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
- Working experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and a modern framework (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Experience with at least one back-end technology such as Node.js, .NET Core, Java, Python, or similar.
- Basic to intermediate experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Experience working with relational and/or non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) in a development or support capacity.
- Experience using Git for version control.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to ask questions and learn.
