Kissflow Expert
We are looking for for a Kissflow Expert to lead workflow automation and low-code solution development across their enterprise environment. This role will own the full lifecycle of Kissflow applications-from requirements and design through build, integration, deployment, and governance-directly supporting business-critical operations. This position is onsite and highly visible, working closely with the CIO, department managers, and ownership.

Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $130,000-$150,000 annually

What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end design and development of Kissflow workflows, forms, automations, escalations, SLAs, and role-based access controls.
- Build and optimize workflows for key operations such as procurement, approvals, onboarding/offboarding, insurance replacements, access requests, and fleet/field forms.
- Integrate Kissflow with internal and external systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and iPaaS tools to ensure clean, secure data movement.
- Establish standards for governance, documentation, testing, environment management, reusable components, and audit controls across the platform.
- Lead UAT, rollout, adoption measurement, and enablement-including super-user training and Level 3 support.
What Gets You the Job
- 3-6+ years in workflow automation/low-code with at least 2 years building production solutions in Kissflow (Workflow/Apps/Projects/Procurement).
- Strong workflow and form design expertise including validations, conditional logic, SLAs, escalations, permissions/RBAC, and error handling.
- Hands-on integration skills with REST/JSON, webhooks, authentication patterns (OAuth 2.0/API keys), and tools such as Postman.
- Solid SQL and data fundamentals with experience in PostgreSQL or Microsoft Access; plus skills with ETL/ELT, scripting, or cloud platforms are a bonus.
- Strong communication, stakeholder alignment, and ability to convert business needs into scalable, user-friendly technical solutions.
