Senior Release Train Engineer (Onsite Charlotte, NC)
Our client is seeking a Senior Release Train Engineer to drive Agile delivery excellence across complex enterprise initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in fostering a high-performing Agile Release Train, improving delivery flow, and supporting cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, global environment. The ideal candidate brings deep Agile and SAFe experience, along with a passion for coaching teams toward continuous improvement and alignment.
Location: Charlotte, GA
Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $72- $78 per hour

What You’ll Do:
- Coach teams and leaders across the Agile Release Train on Lean-Agile mindset and practices
- Optimize workflow through the ART, removing impediments and managing risks and dependencies
- Facilitate PI Planning readiness and execution, ensuring clear alignment on vision, roadmap, and objectives
- Support communication across teams to build a cohesive, one-team culture
- Drive continuous improvement by tracking key delivery metrics and fostering collaboration through Communities of Practice
What Gets You the Job:
- What Gets You the Job: 5+ years of experience leading Agile teams with strong SAFe and Scrum expertise
- Proven success facilitating PI Planning and managing cross-team dependencies in enterprise environments
- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe frameworks; SAFe certifications preferred (SPC highly desirable)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
- Background as a Release Train Engineer or advanced Scrum Master working within a SAFe environment
