Project Manager
Our client is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Project Manager to support their optimization initiatives across multiple internal solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment, can confidently manage stakeholder communications, and operates with a consultant mindset. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and help streamline internal processes and deliverables.
Location: Miramar, FL (Hybrid schedule – Onsite Tu–Th)
Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $30–36/hr W2
Duration: 4–5 months

What You’ll Do:
• Manage a portfolio of internal projects and serve as the primary communication point for senior stakeholders.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of sourcing optimization initiatives, ensuring projects meet quality and timeline goals.
• Prepare and present executive-level reports, analyses, and presentations using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Collaborate across teams to align objectives, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure consistent progress on all deliverables.
• Maintain strong financial and process oversight, supporting effective budget tracking and governance practices.
What Gets You the Job:
• Bachelor’s degree and experience in a professional or enterprise environment (consulting internship or related exposure highly preferred).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present confidently to senior executives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; ability to quickly learn new tools and internal systems.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, think critically, and handle multiple projects in a dynamic setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a polished, professional presence and collaborative mindset.
