Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $154,783 – $188,142 per year

What You’ll Do:
- Provide hands-on technical expertise in designing, coding, configuring, and administering various HCM components within a large-scale, complex PeopleSoft environment.
- Collaborate with functional teams and senior managers to deliver strategic initiatives and optimize system performance across multiple business units.
- Support and enhance hosted PeopleSoft applications (v9.2, PeopleTools 8.59) including HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time/Labor, Absence Management, and Financials modules.
- Lead and contribute to key projects including PeopleTools upgrades, IAM/SSO integrations, Recruiting Solution enhancements, and PUM updates.
- Act as a trusted technical consultant to improve data integrity, system scalability, and user functionality across 50+ LEAs.
What Gets You the Job:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, plus 10+ years of advanced PeopleSoft development and analysis experience.
- Proven expertise in at least four HCM modules, with experience across multiple-entity or enterprise environments.
- Minimum of five (5) years of consulting experience as a PeopleSoft Implementation Lead, including three full lifecycle implementations and two PUM-based upgrades.
- Strong technical and functional experience with HCM, FSCM, Portal, Payroll, Time & Labor, GL, AP, Purchasing, and Asset Management modules.
- Experience with PeopleSoft Testing Framework and a solid track record of leading Tools Upgrades and complex enterprise integrations.
