Job Title: Senior Data Business Analyst (Healthcare – Power BI)

Location: Fully Remote (Must Reside in California)
Salary: $145,000 – $160,000 + Outstanding Benefits

Overview:
A leading healthcare provider with a long-tenured, collaborative team is seeking a Senior Data Business Analyst to join its Office of Enterprise Data. This role is highly stakeholder-facing and ideal for someone who can translate business needs into data solutions and communicate insights across technical and non-technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business users across departments to identify data gaps and develop actionable insights

• Lead stakeholder discussions to define requirements and deliver meaningful, data-driven solutions

• Design and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI

• Communicate complex data findings in a clear, business-friendly way

• Work within a Microsoft ecosystem (Power BI, SQL Server, Azure) to support enterprise reporting and analytics

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare analytics

• Strong background in stakeholder management and business engagement

• Advanced skills in Power BI and basic to intermediate SQL

• Experience with Azure, Synapse, or Fabric preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; Master’s preferred
