Program Manager
Our client is looking for a dynamic Technical Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of technology, business, and user experience. In this role, you’ll lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that bring together technical delivery, product strategy, and user enablement. You’ll play a hands-on role in guiding teams through Salesforce-driven projects, aligning stakeholders, and delivering training that drives adoption and lasting impact.
- Location: Las Vegas, NV (Onsite 3 days a week)
- Compensation: This job is expected to pay about 60-65/HR W2

What You’ll Do:
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end project delivery, managing scope, resources, schedules, and risks across multiple technology initiatives.
• Drive Agile execution by facilitating ceremonies, clearing blockers, and fostering collaboration across technical and business teams.
• Oversee Salesforce (SFDC) enhancement, integration, and implementation projects, coordinating with developers, analysts, and administrators.
• Partner with product owners and stakeholders to translate business goals into actionable project plans and measurable outcomes.
• Develop and deliver engaging training programs and change management strategies to support successful user adoption.
What Gets You the Job:
Qualifications
• 10+ years of technical project/programa management experience, including software development or IT system implementations.
• 5+ years managing Salesforce-related projects with a solid grasp of SFDC architecture and functionality.
• Proven success leading Agile teams with relevant certifications (PMP, CSM, or SAFe preferred).
• Strong ability to develop and deliver technical or process-focused training for diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
