Location: 100% Remote – Must be able to work Eastern Time Zone hours
Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $90–95/hr W2

What You’ll Do:
• Lead multiple Agile squads building a global AI/ML platform spanning workflows, ontology, AI agents, UI/UX, and marketplace components.
• Coach data scientists and engineers on Agile best practices—facilitating sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track and analyze team health metrics (velocity, cycle time, WIP, defect trends) to drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with leadership and the CTO to align team deliverables with product roadmaps, OKRs, and platform goals.
• Foster a culture of experimentation, accountability, and technical excellence across AI and software development teams.
What Gets You the Job:
• 6–9+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach leading software or platform teams in Agile delivery.
• Hands-on with Agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, WIP) and process re-engineering.
• Experience working with AI/ML platform teams and understanding the ML lifecycle (experimentation → training → deployment/serving).
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and modern DevOps practices including Docker/Kubernetes.
• Python-aware—able to read simple scripts, logs, or pull requests to facilitate triage discussions (no coding required).
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with proven success leading multi-team initiatives in fast-paced environments.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) required; SAFe or PMP a plus.
