Senior Systems Developer
Our client is seeking a Senior Systems Developer to join their collaborative technology team. Location: Downtown Dallas, TX
Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $120k – $125k

What You’ll Do:
- Design, build, and maintain web applications, APIs, and reporting interfaces to meet diverse stakeholder needs
- Gather and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Engineer and optimize structured and unstructured datasets across relational and cloud environments
- Create user-friendly dashboards, scorecards, and data visualization tools to drive insights
- Lead or mentor development teams, ensuring best practices, code quality, and collaborative success
What Gets You the Job:
- 5+ years of application development experience, with strong skills in C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL
- Hands-on experience with frameworks such as .NET, Angular, React, and Redux
- Proficiency in designing APIs (REST/GraphQL), ORM libraries (EF Core/Dapper), and data pipelines (SSIS, ADF, Fabric)
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and Agile methodologies
- Strong communication skills and experience leading or mentoring developers in collaborative environments
