Endpoint & Service Desk Manager

Our client is seeking a hands-on Endpoint & Service Desk Manager to lead a high-performing service desk team and oversee the end-user computing environment. This role is critical to ensuring employees have reliable, secure, and well-supported technology to perform at their best. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise in endpoint management, proven leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

 

Location: Onsite Dallas, TX

Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $130,000-$145,000

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and mentor the service desk team, ensuring timely and high-quality resolution of incidents and requests.
  • Oversee endpoint management across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, ensuring security, compliance, and performance.
  • Implement and manage enterprise endpoint management tools such as Intune, SCCM, AutoPilot, or JAMF.
  • Develop and track SLAs, KPIs, and reporting to drive service excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with IT leadership to standardize processes, manage escalations, and improve end-user experiences.

 

What Gets You the Job: 

  • Proven experience managing a service desk or end-user support function.
  • Strong background in endpoint management technologies (Microsoft Intune, SCCM, or similar).
  • Knowledge of identity and access management, including Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage performance, and develop team members.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills, with ITIL knowledge preferred.
