IT Field Service Technician II
Our client is seeking an experienced IT Field Service Technician II to join their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a large-scale enterprise environment, supporting over 1,100 end users across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, team-oriented, and able to provide deskside and field support while contributing to projects that impact operations nationwide. What You’ll Do:
- Provide deskside support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and related peripherals in a hybrid enterprise environment.
- Support users across multiple sites, collaborating with Service Desk and IT teams to resolve technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Administer Active Directory, Entra/Azure AD, Office 365, SharePoint, and Teams, including provisioning and account management.
- Document tickets, resolutions, and technical processes in ServiceNow, emphasizing clear communication and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to IT projects, occasional office setups, and minimal travel to branch locations.
What Gets You the Job:
- 5+ years of deskside and field support experience in a large enterprise environment.
- Strong technical skills with Microsoft Stack (Active Directory, Entra/Azure AD, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint).
- Experience supporting multiple locations and hybrid environments, with proficiency in ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
- A+ certification, technical degree, or equivalent; advanced credentials (CCNA, MCSA, MCP) preferred.
- Strong documentation, teamwork, and communication skills with proven stability in prior employment.
