Title: Identity & Access Management (IAM) Hands-On Manager
Location: Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week in Las Vegas, NV or North Dallas, TX
Type: Full-time, Direct Hire

Overview:
We are seeking a Hands-On IAM Manager to lead a small team (3 members) while remaining deeply involved in technical architecture and engineering. This role offers long-term stability and clear growth opportunities, ideal for someone who wants to balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on expertise in Entra ID and IAM security.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and mentor a team of 3 while serving as a hands-on technical leader.

• Take full ownership of Entra ID administration, design, and troubleshooting.

• Drive IAM governance workflows (mover/leaver processes, audit trails, attestations), ideally with SailPoint or similar tools.

• Support and enhance Cloud IAM (GCP, OCI) – group management, governance, compliance.

• Apply IAM security principles to strengthen identity and access controls across the enterprise.

• Troubleshoot outages, analyze logs, and resolve cross-system incidents quickly and effectively.

• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and security teams to drive IAM best practices.

Must-Have Skills:

• Entra ID – strong, hands-on experience (non-negotiable).

• Knowledge of IAM Governance (SailPoint or governance workflows).

• Exposure to Cloud IAM (GCP, OCI, AWS, Azure).

• Solid understanding of IAM security principles 

• Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution skills for level 3 support.

• Experience mentoring or managing teams
