Business Systems Analyst – Dynamics 365 F&O
Our client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to play a key role in their ongoing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementation. This individual will partner closely with both IT and Finance teams to ensure successful delivery of the financial modules, supporting ongoing configuration, enhancements, and adoption. This is a highly visible role where you will be instrumental in driving the financial transformation efforts already in motion.
Location: Phoenix, AZ – Hybrid schedule (onsite Tues–Thurs, remote Mon & Fri)
Compensation: $120K–$130K base + 10% bonus

What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary functional expert for Dynamics 365 F&O financial modules, supporting Accounting and Finance departments.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications, user stories, and workflows.
- Partner with IT developers and architects to design, implement, and test solutions that align with business objectives.
- Support financial go-live activities, ongoing enhancements, and user training to ensure adoption and success.
- Oversee regression testing, maintain financial dimensions, and provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
What Gets You the Job:
- 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 F&O (or Dynamics AX), including strong knowledge of financial modules.
- Proven ability to partner with Finance and IT teams, ideally with exposure to FP&A.
- Hands-on experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or migrations from legacy systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
