Agile Product Coach – On site Raleigh or Charlotte
We’re seeking a dynamic leader to join our client as an Agile Product Coach within their Global Data Engineering & Business Intelligence team. This is more than a project management role—it’s about shaping how teams deliver, coaching talented Business Analysts and Scrum Masters, and driving impactful data initiatives. You’ll play a central role in building high-performing teams, advancing Agile practices, and ensuring critical data and analytics solutions are delivered with excellence.
Location: On site Raleigh or Charlotte
Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $120,000 – $140,000

What You’ll Do:

Lead and develop a team of Business Analysts and Scrum Masters, fostering collaboration, accountability, and growth.

Coach and mentor team members to strengthen their skills in Agile delivery and business analysis.

Partner with technical and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality data and BI solutions aligned with organizational priorities.

Drive adoption of Agile best practices across multiple initiatives to standardize delivery.

Balance team capacity, resolve escalations, and prioritize work to maximize business impact.
What Gets You the Job:

8+ years of experience in business analysis, Agile delivery, and/or data-focused project management, with 3+ years leading people.

Strong track record of guiding Agile teams and scaling Agile practices across organizations.

Solid understanding of data engineering, BI, and analytics environments.

Experience coaching and developing talent while managing competing priorities in a matrixed environment.

Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools, plus strong communication skills for stakeholder alignment.
