We are seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist to join our dynamic Financial Services IAM team. This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role that will support multiple IAM-related projects while driving process improvements, building workflows, and creating high-quality documentation.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable juggling multiple initiatives, and can deliver high-quality, creative solutions. While familiarity with tools like SailPoint or strong Privileged Access Management (PAM) experience is a plus, it is not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the IAM team to deliver hands-on support across multiple IAM-related projects.

  • Design, build, and maintain process workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support IAM operations.

  • Develop high-quality technical and functional documentation, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and scalability.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (security, infrastructure, application teams, etc.) to streamline IAM processes and improve access governance.

  • Assist in onboarding new applications, systems, and users into IAM platforms and processes.

  • Participate in process improvement initiatives, driving automation and efficiency wherever possible.

  • Troubleshoot IAM-related issues and provide escalation support as needed.

  • Stay up-to-date on IAM best practices, security standards, and emerging trends.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 7–10 years of hands-on experience working within Identity & Access Management teams.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong experience building process workflows and developing clear, concise documentation.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a creative approach to building solutions.

  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate ownership, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Solid understanding of IAM fundamentals, including user lifecycle management, access provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and access certifications.

Nice to Have (Preferred):

  • Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or other IAM platforms.

  • Exposure to Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools and processes.

  • Familiarity with financial services security and compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, FFIEC, GLBA).
