Program Manager – Core Administration (Healthcare IT)
Remote (must work PST hours)
$75–85/hr | 1+ Year Contract
Established Healthcare Firm – Longtime Client

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager with strong experience in healthcare insurance IT systems to lead core administration initiatives. This role focuses on claims and enrollment platforms, working closely with IT leadership, business sponsors, and vendors to ensure successful program execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-level healthcare IT programs (focus: claims & enrollment systems).

  • Drive core administration system implementations from planning to delivery.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

  • Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and keep programs on track.

  • Report progress to executives and program leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years in Program/Project Management (enterprise IT environment).

  • 5+ years in healthcare IT programs.

  • Hands-on experience with claims and enrollment systems such as:

    • Facets, QNXT, HealthEdge, TriZetto, Epic Tapestry, Cognizant, or similar.

  • Proven success leading large-scale healthcare system implementations.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • PMP preferred (Lean Six Sigma a plus).
