Our client is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise supply chain and product lifecycle management (PLM) applications. This role offers a chance to oversee high-impact transformation initiatives, including automation in warehouse management, ERP integrations, and a major PLM migration. With global visibility and the opportunity to grow into a Director-level position, this is an exciting opportunity for a polished, business-savvy technology leader.

• Location: Las Vegas, NV (2 days onsite); Relo available
• Compensation: This job is expected to pay a base salary of about $200-240k

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee delivery of supply chain SaaS applications, including warehouse management, transportation, and global trade compliance systems.
• Lead large-scale transformation projects, including automation and robotics integration with ERP systems and a major PLM migration to Siemens Teamcenter.
• Manage two global project teams (U.S. and India) while partnering with stakeholders in multiple time zones, including Sydney.
• Drive ERP integrations, API-based connections, and analytics solutions that enable enterprise scalability.
• Partner with business leaders to translate technical solutions into business outcomes, ensuring alignment and adoption.

What Gets You the Job: 

• Proven experience leading delivery of supply chain applications and ERP systems (D365 strongly preferred).
• Background in PLM applications (Teamcenter experience highly desired).
• Strong leadership experience, including building and maturing development teams, conducting performance reviews, and mentoring career growth.
• Technical knowledge of integrations (APIs, MuleSoft), automation, and cloud platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to handle challenging conversations and drive consensus across global teams.
