Employment Law Paralegal
Our client is looking for an Employment Law Paralegal to join their growing legal and HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their legal career who is eager to build hands-on experience in employment law while contributing to meaningful work that supports both employees and the organization. - Compensation: This job is expected to pay about 70-80k

What You’ll Do:
Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in responding to employee complaints, agency charges, and litigation matters
- Draft legal documents, memos, and correspondence related to employment law under attorney supervision
- Gather facts and documentation for investigations, discovery responses, audits, and regulatory filings
- Organize case files, maintain legal databases, and track deadlines to ensure compliance
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, calendar management, and coordination with internal teams and outside counsel
What Gets You the Job:
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of paralegal or legal assistant experience, ideally in employment law or litigation support
- Knowledge of employment laws such as Title VII, FMLA, ADA, and FLSA, along with HR compliance practices
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools such as LexisNexis or Westlaw
