Senior Product Manager
Location: Downtown Los Angeles (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)
Type: Contract, Contract-to-Hire, or Direct Hire

About the Role

Key Requirements

  1. 7+ years of product management experience in a technology-focused company
  2. Proven success leading end-to-end application development from inception to release
  3. Familiarity with Azure Cloud, .NET Core, API-driven architecture, React with Node.js, and enthusiasm for introducing innovative tools into established frameworks

What You’ll Do

  • Shape product vision, goals, and strategic roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities
  • Gather and analyze user needs, converting them into clear requirements and user stories
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions in an Agile environment
  • Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT, and post-release enhancements
  • Define KPIs/OKRs, track performance, and drive continuous improvement
  • Maintain accurate product documentation in Confluence and manage workflows in JIRA

Qualifications

  • Background in enterprise software, internal platforms, or workflow automation
  • Strong skills in requirement gathering, backlog management, and documentation
  • Agile experience with excellent communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Miro, or similar tools
