UKG HRIS Administrator
Our client is seeking a Workday and UKG Pro professional to help lead the transition to UKG Timekeeping within a highly collaborative HR environment. This is an opportunity to serve as a subject matter expert from day one, laying the foundation for future module expansion while playing a strategic role in HR systems transformation.
- Location: Scottsdale, AZ
- Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $65-$120k/year FTE

What You’ll Do:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of UKG Timekeeping and future module integrations
- Serve as SME for UKG Pro, particularly in Timekeeping, and guide process enhancements
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to improve reporting and data flow across platforms
- Partner with stakeholders to design and optimize HRIS solutions for evolving business needs
- Support future expansion of UKG modules and potentially grow into a lead-level position
What Gets You the Job:
- Proven experience with UKG Pro integration, especially Timekeeping
- Hands-on experience with Boomi for system integrations and automation
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM functionality and workflows
- Ability to communicate across HR and IT teams to deliver seamless solutions
- Experience supporting cross-functional HR systems reporting and optimization efforts
