QA Analyst – Salesforce/D365
Our client is seeking a collaborative and quality-driven QA Analyst to support real-time decision-making across critical applications. This is a chance to work with a mission-driven team that values innovation, user empathy, and end-to-end application testing. You’ll engage directly with developers and end users to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions across platforms like Salesforce and D365.
Location: This role does require you to be based within commutable distance to one of our main R&D US Based Hubs (Scottsdale, AZ OR Boston, MA, OR Seattle, WA, OR Atlanta, GA OR San Francisco, CA); flexibility to be remote
Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $45-$65 per hour depending on experience

What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with application developers and product stakeholders to define, design, and test scalable software solutions
- Facilitate real-time decision-making by supporting dashboards in Power BI and SQL
- Lead manual test planning and execution across integrated systems including Salesforce, D365, and ERP environments
- Collaborate closely with end users to build and refine test plans, cases, and user acceptance protocols
- Promote QA best practices throughout the software development lifecycle, including defect tracking and root cause analysis
What Gets You the Job:
- 5–7 years of hands-on QA experience in enterprise environments, with a strong manual testing background
- Proficiency with Salesforce, D365, ERP systems, and tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, and TestRail
- Solid understanding of SQL, Power BI dashboards, and data-driven reporting workflows
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to support developers and end users
- Familiarity with Agile/DevOps and a passion for improving QA processes and test coverage
