Field Event Marketing Coordinator

Our client is seeking a dynamic Field Event Marketing Coordinator to join their Accountant Growth Marketing team. In this role, you will plan, coordinate, and execute high-impact trade shows, field events, and marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and generate leads for their Accountant Channel. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, organized, and creative professional who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $36-38 per hour

What You’ll Do:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows, field events, and marketing campaigns to support growth of the Accountant Channel
• Own assigned trade shows and manage all end-to-end logistics including contract negotiations, budgeting, staffing, messaging, email marketing, and vendor relationships
• Manage and report on a variety of marketing campaigns including regional field events, virtual events, executive events, webinars, email campaigns, and customer promotions
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaign content
• Track, measure, and report standard metrics across event marketing efforts to senior management and stakeholders

What Gets You the Job: 

• 3–5 years of experience in field and trade show events, growth marketing, or customer marketing
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Proven track record running field events, trade shows, virtual events, and email campaigns
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, Asana, Outreach, and Google Suite
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills, true people person who takes initiative and thrives in collaborative environments
• Ability to travel within the US at least once per month as needed
