Sr. Business Analyst – Finance & Accounting Technologies
Our client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Finance and Accounting Business Analyst to bridge the gap between Finance, Construction Operations, and IT. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving problems, improving systems, and driving meaningful change in a tech-forward environment. - Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $110,000-130,000

What You’ll Do:
- Act as the go-to expert for ERP support, handling escalations, testing fixes, and coordinating with vendors.
- Support end users by troubleshooting technical issues and documenting solutions for future use.
- Partner with Finance and Accounting to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and contribute to projects that deploy new software functionality and align with operational goals.
- Collaborate with support and training teams to ensure user documentation and training materials are accurate and effective.
What Gets You the Job:
- Proven experience in construction finance/accounting, with hands-on knowledge of ERP systems like COINS.
- Strong understanding of construction accounting principles, IT systems, and process improvement.
- Background in business process analysis, change management, and system implementation.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or relevant work experience in construction finance.
