Sr. Business Analyst III

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Business Analyst III / Project Manager to join their Global Data Engineering and Business Intelligence (BI) team. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who thrives in both business analysis and project delivery, especially in data-centric environments. The ideal candidate will be comfortable translating business needs into actionable insights, managing multiple projects, and driving collaboration between technical teams and stakeholders.

Location: Remote (Preferred EST hours; ideally based near Charlotte office)

Compensation: This job is expected to pay about  $48-$56

What You’ll Do:

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for data and BI initiatives
• Lead source-to-target mapping and data integration planning
• Develop wireframes and prototypes to communicate proposed solutions
• Validate and test developed solutions to ensure they meet stakeholder expectations
• Provide training and handoff to business teams for deployed solutions
• Serve as the liaison between Engineering and Business teams to ensure clarity and alignment
• Maintain project quality, timeline, and business value throughout the lifecycle

What Gets You the Job: 

• 7–10 years of business analysis experience with a strong focus on data, BI, and data engineering
• Skilled in SQL, data modeling, and BI tools like Power BI
• Strong experience with source-to-target mapping and data integration
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
• Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented approach
• Demonstrated experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related discipline
