IT Asset Management Analyst
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Software Asset Analyst to help manage and optimize software licensing—especially Microsoft products—while ensuring license compliance and cost efficiency. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their IT operations or SAM career who enjoys organizing data, solving problems, and contributing to smarter software usage across an organization.
- Location: Hybrid Phoenix, AZ
- Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $54,000-$90,000

What You’ll Do:
• Maintain and reconcile Microsoft licensing records including Office 365, Windows Server, and enterprise agreements
• Track software assets, usage, and installations to ensure an accurate inventory and data integrity
• Support audits by preparing documentation and flagging compliance risks to key stakeholders
• Assist in software renewals and procurement activities by gathering requirements and managing timelines
• Generate reports and analyze software usage trends using asset management tools and Excel
What Gets You the Job:
• 2+ years of experience in software asset management or IT operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with the Microsoft licensing ecosystem
• Experience with asset management platforms like ServiceNow HAM Pro or similar tools
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
• Associate degree in IT, Business Administration, or equivalent education and experience
