Join a growing and collaborative data team that’s building the infrastructure to power next-generation products at scale. Our client is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to support the continued growth of their core data platform. You’ll help advance a newly launched product that provides intelligent property insights to banks, contractors, insurance brokers, and other partners. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work with a talented team of engineers and help shape the architecture, quality, and delivery of data products.

• Location: Remote in NV, WA, OR, TX, CA, LA, MN, MO, GA, TN, AK, OK, PA, SC
• Compensation: This job is expected to pay a base salary of about $150-160k  
• No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain scalable, production-ready ETL pipelines across large data sets
• Support and improve cloud-based infrastructure, especially on AWS services like Glue, Lambda, Redshift, and EMR
• Collaborate with ML, BI, and application teams to ensure high-quality data access and delivery
• Help migrate legacy systems into a modern cloud data architecture
• Serve as a mentor and technical resource for other data engineers on the team

What Gets You the Job: 

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering, including strong Python and Bash scripting skills
• Deep hands-on experience with AWS data tools including Glue, Redshift, Lambda, Step Functions, and S3
• Experience working in both Windows and Linux environments
• Proven ability to build detailed ETL workflows and work across structured/unstructured data
• Clear communicator and collaborative team player—someone others enjoy working with
