Project Coordinator (Onsite)

Pay Rate: $28-33hr W2

Jr/Mid Level Project Coordinator will work with a Sr Project Manager to over see a Supply Chain ERP implementation for a well branded industry leader.

• Supports the project initiation process including drafting documentation and identifying requirements.
• Helps draft planning documents, enters project schedule, updates Service Now project web site. Also maintains various project
• databases including, but not limited to, issues, schedules and requests.
• Assists in project meeting preparation and execution. Drafts agendas, minutes, and presentation materials. Facilitates sub-team meetings.
• Supports the communication plans by creating communication materials; updating documentation and web sites.
• Provides support for the management and control of projects. Drafts change requests, follows-up on open issues/risks and tracks
• individual task status – using standard project management- tool documentation.
• Helps complete the project closure tasks including lessons learned documentation; issues transition; and project document management.
