Business Intelligence & Financial Analyst (Onsite – Santa Ana, CA)
Salary: $120,000 – $130,000 + bonus/benefits

Join a dynamic and rapidly growing organization in Santa Ana, CA, as a Business Intelligence and Financial Analyst. This is a full-time, onsite role (Monday through Friday) that blends data-driven business insights with financial acumen to support strategic decision-making and performance optimization.

We’re looking for someone with strong analytical skills, a solid foundation in SQL, and experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau (or a willingness to quickly learn Power BI on the job). You’ll play a key role in bridging the gap between raw data and actionable insights across both operational and financial domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Analyze large datasets using SQL to uncover business and financial trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Deliver insights and recommendations to leadership to support strategic initiatives
• Help design and improve BI processes and data workflows

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis
• Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau (must be open to learning Power BI if not already experienced)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
• Prior experience in a hybrid financial/data analysis role is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Finance, Computer Science,  or similar

Location:
This is a fully onsite position, based at our office in Santa Ana, CA, five days a week.
