Senior Project Manager, Revenue Cycle

Our client is seeking two experienced Senior Project Managers to lead large-scale IT and business-critical projects with a strong focus on financial and clinical systems. This is an exciting opportunity to drive strategic outcomes, collaborate with key stakeholders, and contribute to enterprise-level initiatives in a dynamic healthcare environment.
- Location: Remote OK – Some onsite/travel required
- Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $65–$75 per hour

What You’ll Do:
- Lead enterprise-level revenue cycle initiatives through all phases, from concept to implementation and close-out.
- Collaborate with business, technical, and clinical stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
- Apply project management best practices while driving execution, reporting, and communications.
- Facilitate requirements gathering, technical design, build, and testing processes.
- Manage change readiness, including operational transition plans and stakeholder communications.
What Gets You the Job:
- Minimum of 5 years of IT Project Management experience within healthcare.
- Proven experience with Soarian Financials and clinical project leadership.
- PMP, Six Sigma, or Agile certifications or training preferred.
- Strong business acumen and demonstrated success managing complex healthcare or revenue cycle projects.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive leadership and manage cross-functional teams.
