HRIS & ERP Implementation Specialist
We have an immediate need for an HRIS & ERP Implementation Specialist to join our client for a full-time, direct hire position in Houston, TX. This position will support internal HR and benefits systems (such as Workday) while also representing the company in delivering ERP implementations and integration services to clients.
Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)
This job expects to pay about $95,000-125,000 plus benefits

What You’ll Do:
- Manage, optimize, and support internal HRIS/ERP systems (Workday strongly preferred).
- Lead HRIS and ERP system implementations and integrations across internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal HR, IT, and Finance teams to streamline and enhance data flow and system functionality.
- Serve as the face of the organization in client engagements—helping to scope, implement, and advise on ERP and HR system solutions.
- Work with clients to understand unique organizational challenges and provide consultative technology solutions.
- Ensure high levels of data accuracy, system compliance, and user support.
- Deliver post-implementation support and ongoing system optimization.
- Assist in developing long-term strategy for the company’s HRIS/ERP consulting practice.
What Gets You the Job:
- 3–7 years of experience in HRIS or ERP systems management, preferably with exposure to Workday or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of system integration, data migration, and implementation best practices.
- Proven experience in benefits administration systems and related technologies is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to interface with clients and present technical concepts in a clear, consultative manner.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Technically inclined with a passion for systems and process improvement.
- Previous consulting experience is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred.
