Irvine Technology Corporation (ITC) is partnering with a growing organization to identify a Senior HRIS Workday Analyst to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of Workday HCM. This role will serve as a key contributor to HR technology initiatives, ensuring data integrity, system performance, and a seamless user experience across HR platforms. The ideal candidate brings strong Workday expertise, a solid understanding of HR processes, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.

- Compensation: $60-85/hr

What You’ll Do:
- Support the implementation, go-live, and stabilization of Workday HCM and related HR technology initiatives.
- Configure and maintain Workday including workflows, business processes, security, and system enhancements.
- Administer HR systems including user access, data uploads, audits, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and business decision-making.
- Partner with HR, IT, and vendors to support integrations, system upgrades, testing cycles, and continuous improvement efforts.
What Gets You the Job:
- 5-7 years of experience supporting enterprise HRIS platforms, with 2-3+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience.
- Experience supporting Workday implementations, including data conversion, testing (UAT/SIT), and post-go-live support.
- Strong understanding of HR processes (e.g., headcount, compensation, benefits, compliance) and how they translate into system design.
- Proficiency with reporting and analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and familiarity with SQL.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
