Women in Leadership Certification Program for Spring 2026

This March, Irvine Technology Corporation is proud to launch the next cohort of our highly sought-after Women in Leadership program, a 15-week immersive experience designed specifically for rising Directors and Vice Presidents who are ready to elevate into the C suite. As organizations continue to recognize the importance of strong, diverse leadership at the top, this program is built to meet that moment by equipping high-performing women with the skills, confidence, and sponsorship needed to advance.

With a proven 71% elevation rate, ITC’s Women in Leadership program has become a coveted opportunity for women who are serious about accelerating their leadership journey. The curriculum is taught by real-world CIOs, CEOs, and CISOs who bring practical insight, lived experience, and candor into every session. Classes are held virtually from 5:30 to 8:00 PM Pacific Time, allowing participants to engage deeply while balancing demanding professional schedules.

The program is anchored by three pillars that consistently drive outcomes. Participants take part in up-close, highly interactive live courses that include breakout discussions and meaningful peer engagement. Each woman is paired with a C-level executive mentor for a full year, providing rare access to guidance, advocacy, and perspective from leaders who have already navigated the path to the top. Equally powerful is the network formed through the program, a deep, lasting community of women leaders who continue to support, challenge, and champion one another well beyond the final session.
