Our client is looking for a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst who thrives on optimizing complex systems and turning business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems with declarative tools, collaborating across teams, and creating impactful process improvements that drive growth and efficiency. You’ll play a key role in shaping how Salesforce supports strategic initiatives and helps the business achieve its goals.

What You’ll Do:
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and IT stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions
• Configure and enhance Sales Cloud using flows, validation rules, dynamic pages, and other declarative tools
• Drive Lightning Experience optimization and Classic-to-Lightning conversions
• Oversee backlog management, enhancement prioritization, and release planning
• Maintain and improve key functionality across leads, opportunities, pipelines, forecasting, and automation workflows
What Gets You the Job:
Qualifications
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud experience with strong declarative configuration skills (Flows required)
• Proven track record in Classic-to-Lightning migrations and optimization
• Salesforce Administrator Certification required
• Strong business analysis capabilities including requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder enablement
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across teams
