Manager of Manufacturing Technology

Our client is seeking a dynamic Manufacturing Technologies Manager to lead the strategy, standardization, and deployment of fabrication and manufacturing technology across multiple divisions. This high-impact role focuses on optimizing ERP platforms, digital design content, and shop technologies to streamline workflows and position the company as a leader in industrialized construction and design for manufacturing and assembly. You will play a key role in shaping nationwide standards, guiding teams, and driving innovation to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability in MEP and fire protection system fabrication.

  • Location: Remote
  • Compensation: $130-180k/year

What You’ll Do:

  • Build strong partnerships with divisional leaders, shop managers, and project stakeholders to align manufacturing technology goals with business objectives.
  • Oversee implementation and optimization of Stratus (or other fabrication ERP systems), CADmep databases, and Revit content standards
  • Lead deployment of advanced shop technologies and integrate them seamlessly with digital workflows.
  • Drive change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new tools, processes, and industrialized construction principles.
  • Develop and execute long-term strategic plans that support operational efficiency, scalability, and a competitive market position.

What Gets You the Job: 

  • Proven leadership in manufacturing technology, with direct experience implementing Stratus or similar ERP/fabrication management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Fabrication CADmep, Revit workflows, and shop technology integration.
  • Background in HVAC, mechanical piping, plumbing, fire protection, or electrical fabrication workflows.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams, establishing standards, and managing change.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction management, engineering, IT, or related field; 5+ years in manufacturing or field technology leadership.
