Our client is seeking a skilled leader to drive enterprise-level cybersecurity initiatives from planning through execution. This fully remote role offers up to $145K plus a generous bonus and exceptional benefits. You’ll lead high-impact projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery against business goals. Healthcare experience is a plus, and candidates with senior project management experience or 1–2 years as a program manager are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of complex cybersecurity projects and programs
  • Define success metrics and ensure alignment with business priorities
  • Manage risks, budgets, governance, and quality assurance processes
  • Collaborate across teams to drive transparency, efficiency, and results
  • Mentor project managers to enhance performance and delivery outcomes

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in project/program management, including enterprise-level work
  • Experience with system implementations and complex initiatives
  • Strong financial, governance, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
