Business Analyst, EPMO Operations (HYBRID)
Join our client’s EPMO operations team in a hybrid contractor role that blends business analysis with project systems support. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the operational engine of a formal EPMO—focusing on reporting, systems management, and process optimization that directly impacts enterprise-level project success. Location: Los Angeles, CA – Hybrid
Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $30/hr. – $40/hr.

What You’ll Do:
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the ServiceNow Demand and Project modules
• Create and manage reports in ServiceNow and Power BI, including data analysis and dashboard creation
• Develop and maintain Microsoft Office templates and internal documentation
• Provide training and support for EPMO tools and processes
• Support departmental operations such as SharePoint content management and Excel-based data integration
What Gets You the Job:
• Background in a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, Project Financial Analyst, or PMO/EPMO Project Manager role
• Proficiency with ServiceNow tools (PPM, ITBM, SPM) and report writing
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills including advanced formulas and data integration
• Ability to document process flows and collaborate across teams
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred—or 7+ years of directly relevant experience with a high school diploma or GED
• Experience with Power BI (including DAX and Power Query) is a plus
• Healthcare or hospital/health system experience preferred
