Onsite Jr. to Mid level IT Infrastructure Project Manager
- Location: Las Vegas, NV (north strip; role is onsite)
- Compensation: $50-$60/hr W2.
- No Visa Sponsorship or CTC available for this role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Jr. to Mid level Project Manager to assist with ongoing and new Infrastructure projects (Network Segmentation, Compliance, Discovery, AV, etc). Looking for a Jr. to Mid level Project Manager that will convert in the $90-$100k salary range. Position is with a large hotel casino.
What You’ll Do:
- Project Ownership: Lead and manage projects related to compliance tracking, surveillance tools integration, and technical exceptions.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with infrastructure vendors, compliance teams, and other PMOs to align project activities with corporate standards.
- Process & Gap Tracking: Identify, document, and resolve gaps in reporting, lockdown controls, and security compliance.
- Tool Utilization: Use tools like Jira, ServiceNow, or similar platforms to manage workflows, assign tasks, and track deliverables.
- Surveillance Integration: Help integrate corporate surveillance functions into existing systems, accounting for technical limitations and exception processes.
- Infrastructure Oversight: Work with teams to identify unknown or vendor-managed infrastructure that may lack visibility or controls.
- Status Reporting: Provide clear updates to leadership on project progress, blockers, and timelines.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience working as a Sr. Project Coordinator or Project Manaer
- Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and track multiple ongoing workstreams and exceptions.
- Experience with project tracking tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and with external vendors.
- Comfortable navigating technical conversations and surfacing issues for escalation.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills – must be confident in “calling out” unclear or inefficient processes.
- Comfortable working on-site full-time and engaging directly with multiple stakeholders.
