Property Admin Coordinator
We have an immediate need for a contract Coordinator to join one of the largest food and drug retailers in California and Nevada. The Coordinator provides support to the Real Estate department with regard to billings and receivables for all managed locations and manages work order generation and tracking. This position uses lease agreements, past practice and other business standards. In addition, this position communicates with a variety of stakeholders; store management, internal and external stakeholders and other governmental agencies.
Location: Modesto, CA
This job expects to pay about $15 – $18 per hour
What You Will Do:
- Accurately generate, track and update vendor list, to include bids, awards of contracts and status of work.
- Responsible for confirming and tracking all tenant and vendor insurance including any Leasehold requirements.
- Schedule inspections and coordination of work at various sites.
- Support Real Estate Team by scheduling, communication regarding status of issues, construction projects and/or needs of property.
- Responsible for processing vendor invoices for payments.
- Answer phone and handle mail distribution.
- Assist with Accounts Receivable for monthly and periodic billings, tracking payments, postings and reports, and collection on delinquent tenant/parcel/owner accounts.
- Assist with generating work orders, track bid solicitations and maintain good relationships with vendors.
- Participate in activities related to processing invoices, monitoring daily emails and requests, tracking active construction and/or maintenance projects, etc.

- Ability to effectively manage a wide variety of tasks simultaneously with multiple deadlines.
- Excellent customer service and communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
- Knowledge/experience with legal documents.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good organizational and prioitizing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of lease interpretation regarding methods of billings, as well as repair and construction requirements is a plus, but not required.
