Program Manager – Payroll Technology & Business Operations
Our client is seeking a Program Manager to drive payroll process excellence through technology innovation and continuous improvement. This is a strategic leadership role within the Corporate IT – Business Operations Technology team, responsible for establishing nationwide standards, developing and executing program roadmaps, and ensuring seamless integration across cross-functional teams. The Program Manager will oversee a portfolio of interrelated initiatives, manage dependencies, and optimize resources to maximize business value and operational efficiency.

- Job Type: Direct Hire
- Location: Local Remote (open to remote with up to 25% travel)
- Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $140,000-$150,000/year plus bonus

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and oversee a portfolio of programs and projects aligned to payroll and business operations technology, from concept through delivery
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, annual plans, and strategic priorities while driving enterprise-level solution implementation
- Identify, assess, and mitigate cross-project risks and dependencies before they impact program outcomes
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement, communication, and alignment across all levels of the organization, and champion organizational change management
- Lead and manage contractors, consultants, and cross-functional teams while collaborating with vendors and third-party partners
What Gets You the Job:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in program management, business analysis, or engineering roles
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Hands-on experience with enterprise HRIS/payroll systems
- Demonstrated ability to develop enterprise-level process architectures and frameworks, with experience in Lean methodologies and process mapping
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership and stakeholders; construction industry experience preferred
