Project Manager, IS Clinical Research (remote)
We’re excited to present an opportunity for a Project Manager to join our client’s innovative team supporting clinical research and data initiatives. This role will be instrumental in planning, executing, and delivering key informatics projects within a complex healthcare environment. If you’re passionate about healthcare data and cross-functional collaboration and have a talent for aligning project strategy with operational success, this is a perfect fit.
Location: Remote OK – Preference to local candidates or within Pacific or Central Time Zone
Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $58/hr – $65/hr

What You’ll Do:
• Participate in strategic planning and execution of clinical research data projects, supporting data acquisition and utilization
• Provide program support for BioData Catalyst, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met across the project lifecycle
• Oversee cross-functional project management activities in a matrixed environment, ensuring compliance with internal and external policies
• Coordinate and manage detailed project documentation, reporting, and communications with diverse stakeholders
• Lead status updates and facilitate communications between project partners, researchers, and technical teams
What Gets You the Job:
• 5+ years of health informatics project management experience, preferably in a Healthcare IT PMO
• Demonstrated experience with business cases, ROI reports, and electronic medical record systems
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills; detail-oriented and articulate
• Proven knowledge of research regulatory requirements and formal project management methodologies
• BA/BS degree in a related field
• Preferred: experience with clinical trials, research budgets, HL7 CDA and/or FHIR standards, and academic medical environments
