Concur Administrator / Business Systems Analyst
Our client is seeking a hands-on Concur Administrator / Business Systems Analyst to support and manage critical business applications. This role combines application administration, business systems analysis, troubleshooting, and user support. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can independently manage Concur operations, collaborate with business stakeholders, and support additional enterprise applications as needed.

- Job Type: Contract (6+ months, potential for long-term extension)
- Location: Remote (PST working hours)
- Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $45–$54 per hour
- No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role
What You’ll Do:
- Administer and support SAP Concur, including user onboarding, offboarding, system configurations, and application changes.
- Create, extract, and maintain reports within Concur to support business and operational needs.
- Troubleshoot application issues, integrations, and inbound Tier 1–3 support tickets.
- Coordinate with SAP Concur support and managed service providers (MSPs) to investigate and resolve technical and functional issues.
- Perform business systems analysis and provide administration and support for additional general and administrative (G&A) applications as needed.
What Gets You the Job:
- 3–5 years of hands-on SAP Concur administration experience, including user management, configuration, and application support.
- 3+ years of Business Systems Analyst (BSA) or Business Analyst experience.
- Experience generating reports, troubleshooting integrations, and resolving application support issues.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with business and technical teams.
- Flexibility and willingness to learn, administer, and support additional enterprise business applications.
