Senior PM Supply Chain/Procurement/Sourcing
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with deep supply chain and strategic sourcing expertise to support a global process standardization initiative within a complex manufacturing environment. This consultant will prepare and lead a three-day interactive workshop with cross-functional leaders, then translate the outcomes into an integrated Target Operating Model and a clear implementation plan. The ideal candidate combines hands-on operational expertise with strong facilitation and project management skills, bringing business and technology leaders together across Sourcing, Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP), Operations, Quality, and IT.

What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and facilitate a three-day interactive workshop with senior business and IT leaders to assess current processes, resolve operational issues, and align on future-state priorities.
- Develop an integrated Target Operating Model covering end-to-end supply chain, procurement, and strategic sourcing processes.
- Create process maps, governance documents, Delegation of Authority matrices, and RACI frameworks that clarify decision-making, accountability, and ownership.
- Translate workshop outcomes into executive-ready presentations and an actionable implementation roadmap with clear priorities and governance.
- Partner across Sourcing, SIOP, Operations, Quality, and IT to build consensus and establish a coordinated approach to global process standardization
What Gets You the Job:
- Strong, hands-on experience in strategic sourcing, demand planning, procurement, and supplier quality within complex manufacturing environments.
- Proven success facilitating multi-day workshops, building consensus, and resolving operational issues with director- and executive-level business and IT stakeholders.
- Experience designing Target Operating Models, Delegation of Authority matrices, and RACI frameworks.
- Strong project management, process mapping, documentation, and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes within a short engagement.
- Global transformation or process standardization experience preferred, along with familiarity with SIOP/S&OP, ERP or procurement systems, PMO setup, pilot rollouts, and BPMN or swimlane diagrams.
