Full Stack Developer
Our client is seeking a Software Developer to build and enhance custom, web-based applications that support critical business processes. This role offers a mix of new development and existing application enhancements, making it a strong opportunity for a developer who enjoys solving unique problems, working across the web development stack, and seeing their work directly impact users.

What You’ll Do:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom web-based applications, with approximately 50% of the work focused on new development and 50% on enhancing existing systems.
- Build user-facing functionality in a primarily front-end focused environment, with an approximate 70% front-end and 30% back-end development split.
- Enhance and support a core workflow and matter management system, including addressing a backlog of feature requests, changes, and application improvements.
- Consume and integrate APIs, with opportunities to contribute to existing custom APIs as needed.
- Use modern development practices and AI-assisted tools for activities such as code generation and code review.
What Gets You the Job:
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of hands-on software development experience with a strong foundation in web application development.
- Experience with C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web development technologies; experience with frameworks such as Blazor, Angular, or React is valuable.
- Experience consuming APIs and an understanding of how front-end applications interact with back-end services and data.
- Working knowledge of T-SQL, Microsoft Azure, Visual Studio or VS Code, and software development best practices.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, including the ability to clearly explain technical projects to non-technical audiences; experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot is a plus but not required.
