- Job Type: 6-Month Contract (potential to extend based on business need and performance)
- Location: Remote (Mountain or Eastern time zone hours)
- Compensation: This job is expected to pay $21 per hour

What You’ll Do:
- Manage collections activities across multiple B2B products and account types, reviewing accounts and determining the right strategy to maximize revenue recovery
- Move fluidly between different products, queues, and case types based on daily business needs, providing backup coverage during volume spikes
- Investigate account issues and use data-driven insights to determine next steps
- Communicate professionally with customers to resolve outstanding balances while building strong relationships
- Prioritize multiple cases and responsibilities at once as part of a small, high-performing team
What Gets You the Job:
- 1–2+ years of direct collections experience, ideally within payments, fintech, e-commerce, or financial services
- Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes in a fast-changing environment
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills across several queues or products
- Sharp analytical, investigative, and problem-solving abilities paired with strong interpersonal and decision-making skills
- A customer-centric mindset with a knack for resolving conflict and building rapport
