Full Charge Bookkeeper
Our client is seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to take ownership of day-to-day accounting operations and help ensure accurate, timely financial reporting. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the CFO and external CPA while managing a broad range of accounting responsibilities across the organization.

What You’ll Do:
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, prepare journal entries, and ensure financial records are accurate and complete.
- Prepare financial statements and support month-end and year-end close, including accruals and adjusting entries.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including billing and invoicing activities through Ariba.
- Oversee financial administration related to business licenses, fleet and auto leases, and commercial and residential rental properties.
- Partner with the CFO and external CPA to support audits, tax filings, financial analysis, and other accounting initiatives.
What Gets You the Job:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 7+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with general ledger accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
- Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel, along with experience using Ariba.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, handle confidential financial information, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
