Application Support Analyst
Are you the person people turn to when technology isn’t working the way it should? This Application Support Analyst opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, solving problems, and helping users get the most out of critical business applications. You’ll work closely with business users and technical teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and keep applications running smoothly in a role that combines technical problem-solving with strong business interaction.

- Job Type: Contract
- Location: Remote – U.S.A.
- Compensation: This job is expected to be paid about $60-65/hr

What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide effective solutions
- Create data extracts, reports, and analyses for business needs.
- Track production issues and help maintain application reliability
- Support system upgrades while assisting and mentoring junior team members
What Gets You the Job:
- 8+ years of application or production support experience
- Strong SQL, UNIX, and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with complex, multi-module applications and root-cause analysis
- ITIL knowledge and experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Remedy
- Willingness to provide 24/7 on-call support, including nights and weekends, on a rotating basis
