Project Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale, multi-facility infrastructure assessment and remediation initiative. This role is ideal for a strong project leader who can coordinate multiple vendors, manage complex schedules and priorities, and keep stakeholders aligned from initial facility assessments through remediation and project completion.

What You’ll Do:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate multiple vendors across facility assessment and remediation workstreams.
- Manage the overall project schedule, facility priorities, sequencing, dependencies, and key milestones.
- Coordinate site assessments, project kickoffs, remediation activities, and progress reviews across multiple facilities.
- Track project status, risks, issues, deliverables, and dependencies while proactively addressing potential roadblocks.
- Serve as the primary point of coordination between internal stakeholders, vendors, contractors, and facility teams.
What Gets You the Job:
Qualifications
- Proven project management experience leading complex, multi-site projects from planning through completion.
- Experience supporting physical infrastructure, facilities, construction, capital improvement, or other built-environment projects.
- Strong experience managing multiple vendors or contractors across concurrent project workstreams.
- Excellent scheduling, risk management, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred; experience supporting regulated or highly controlled facilities is a plus.
