Vice President of Finance
This is a rare, confidential opportunity to join a well-established entertainment and hospitality organization as Vice President of Finance, leading core accounting operations for the organization. You’ll own general ledger, financial reporting, AP/AR, and payroll functions while building out internal controls and mentoring a growing accounting team. This is a senior leadership seat with direct visibility to the CFO and a real hand in shaping how finance operates during a pivotal growth phase.

- Job Type: Full-time/Direct Hire
- Location: Onsite in Western United States
- Compensation: This job is expected to pay a base of about $190-220k plus bonus & relocation

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee general ledger activity, account reconciliations, and month-end and year-end close processes
- Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP
- Lead accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Establish and maintain internal controls that protect the integrity of financial data
- Manage and develop accounting team members, driving performance and professional growth
What Gets You the Job:
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing general ledger, AP, AR, payroll, and close processes
- Experience supporting audits and maintaining internal controls
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and manage accounting teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
