Technical Recruiter (On-Site | Long Beach, CA)
Our client is looking for a Technical Recruiter to own hiring end to end in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. This is a role for someone who thrives on the whole lifecycle – sourcing hard-to-find technical talent, engaging passive candidates, and partnering directly with hiring managers to shape how teams get built. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to interview teams, bring creative closing strategies to the table, and help sharpen the recruiting process as you go.

Job Type: Contract to Hire
Location: Long Beach, CA – Onsite, 5 days per week
Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $50 – $65/hour

What You’ll Do:
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle – sourcing, engaging, managing, and closing technical candidates
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their teams, projects, and talent needs
- Develop creative strategies to engage and close passive candidates using market data and industry insight
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and interview teams
- Strengthen the recruiting funnel by improving processes, evaluating new tools, and building equitable interview practices
What Gets You the Job:
- 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience within fast-scaling, high-growth organizations
- Proven track record sourcing passive talent and filling early- to mid-career roles
- Experience partnering with hiring managers to build and execute targeted sourcing strategies
- Experience negotiating offers and closing top talent, plus improving recruiting processes for efficiency and effectiveness
- Preferred: experience recruiting for rapidly scaling hardware and manufacturing organizations
